The project was executed in three phases following the completion of civil works. Below are the details of each phase:

Phase one:

- Supply and Installation of Dental Units: Four clinics were equipped with high-quality dental units (dental chairs and accessories).
- 3D Imaging Device (CBCT): The advanced CBCT device was supplied and installed to provide precise 3D imaging.
- Operation Room Equipment and Devices: The operation room for oral and maxillofacial surgery was equipped with the latest devices and equipment.
Phase Two:
- Supply of Ophthalmology Devices:
- YAG Laser : for treating various eye conditions.
- Pachymetry : device for measuring corneal thickness.
- Optical and Medical Imaging Devices:
- Autorefractometer : for automatic eye refraction measurement.
- Vision Chart Projector: for vision testing.
- Auto Lensmeter : for lens examination.
- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) : for retinal imaging.
- A/B Scan : for eye ultrasound examination.
- IOL Master : for intraocular lens measurement
Phase Three:
- Supply of Surgical Equipment and Devices:
- Surgical Microscope : for precise surgeries.
- Phaco Machine : for cataract surgery.
- Argon Laser : for ophthalmic treatments.
